Your privacy and security is important to us. We want to be sure you understand the terms and conditions relating to the information we collect, how we use it, safeguard and store it.
Below you’ll find our formal policy.

Why it’s important

This privacy policy applies to personal information which may be collected or held by us. In this document the term “personal information” refers to information of an identifiable individual, which is the definition contained in the Privacy Act 1993. Accordingly the term “personal information” in this context does not refer to information about companies and other legal entities.

We may be holding your personal information as a consequence of your dealings or communications with us, for instance by registering for or using services. You may supply us with personal information by using our websites, mobile applications, products or services. If you do any of these things or otherwise supply personal information to us, or authorise or permit us to have it, you consent to this privacy policy and in doing so you authorise the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and use of your personal information, as set out below. You have a right at any time to opt out of some or all of this policy, and by doing that to withdraw any authority or consent within it. However if you do that we may be unable to provide you with all the services and benefits that you would otherwise have access to, such as receiving information or market updates or offers of goods or services.
